The hotel had a great location near the airport and was surprisingly quiet. The reception staff were really helpful, making my stay more pleasant. The bar and restaurant area had a nice ambiance and the food was delicious.

The internet service was also quite poor, with limited data allowance and an additional charge for each device. the staff, while not rude, were very cold in their demeanor.

Great breakfast, bombastic location in the Messe/Arena area, tram stop in front of the door (approx. 20 min to city centre), clean rooms. Absolutely justified 3-stars concerning the positive side.

Convenient location, especially for attending conferences or events nearby. Easy access to public transportation, with a subway train station right outside the hotel.- Comfortable bar with helpful bartenders and concierge.

Since we were in Düsseldorf for an event at the trade fair, the location was very good. It was a short drive by taxi and the exhibition center and park were within walking distance. Garage was spacious and the car was safely parked for the stay. . Rooms were very clean and spacious. Reception was very friendly and responded to our requests and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible.. The bar was absolutely great! In addition to the great ambience, the bartender was super nice and had all the drinks per face in his head after the first evening and always provided us with nuts and drinks. Restaurant food was really outstanding.

Unfortunately, the rooms did not have a minibar and there was no room service. Therefore there was no way to get chilled drinks on the fast. For this you had to go into the underground garage with the elevator to get a bottle of water from the machine. Lighting in the bathroom was unfortunately a bit disadvantageous. . Service in the restaurant was unfortunately very bad on the first evening. We had to wait a long time for the service and at the end we were also given a rude notice of our supposedly poor behavior. . This is an absolute no go for these prices.

Wow, the hotel has amazing event spaces, delicious breakfast overlooking the stadium, and even a terrace for BBQs. The city itself is so fashionable and artsy.

Such a shame that there's no opportunity for a table tennis match during coffee breaks. How am I supposed to vent my competitive spirit?

The best opportunity was the closeness to Fair Area, it can be said that this hotel is for business trip planned for Fair Düsseldorf.

The price was comperatively high and the breakfast is not inculeded to the price and this was a shame!

We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. The food was always fresh and delicious. The view of the football pitch from the restaurant area was a unique and interesting touch. The room was clean, quiet, and had a good shower. The hotel provided Wifi that worked well. we would recommend this hotel for its excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms.

The place is absolutely ideal for the Esprit Arena, and comfortable and quiet. Transport to the city also on doorstep, but not until very late.

The trains to Duesseldorf stop running very early, about 21.30 unless there is an event at the Arena. Taxi from Old town is about €15.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a vibrant area with a variety of restaurants and just a short walk to a soccer stadium. Additionally, it's only 10 minutes away from the airport, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The service provided here is top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist. We were impressed by the room amenities, which included everything we needed for a comfortable stay, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms ensured that we were always connected.

We found the breakfast pricing to be confusing, as we were charged for a full breakfast even though we only drank coffee. While the location is vibrant, it can be a bit isolated with not much else to do in the immediate vicinity.

No minibar, no coffee/the in the room, no room service. The hotel is ok but not personal touch and a non-welcoming entrance downstairs. Too expencive compared with what you Get in similar hotels. The bar was also occupied one night and we had to go in our room without any roomservice.

The staff were friendly and helpfull and the proximity to the Euro Shop event was perfect. There was easy access to the rail link into town.

The lack of choice regarding restaurants, stark rooms, minimal TV stations to choose from, no daily free water, no mini bar as standard, uncomfortable pillows, lack of bathroom amenities (all in one body wash only), no bath, shower that did not work (exactly the same issue for a fellow colleague in a different room): you got scalding and freezing water every few seconds.
